Most SMEs don't have a technology problem. They have a too-much-technology problem. Five tools that don't talk to each other, software nobody's been trained on, and automations that half-work. We sort it out.
Less time on admin. More time on the work that matters.
TECHNOLOGY & AUTOMATION | PERTH | AUSTRALIA-WIDE
We're not here to sell you more software. We're here to make the technology you have - or the technology you really need - work properly for your business.
30 minutes. No obligation. We'll tell you if we're not the right fit.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
The signs that your technology isn't working for you.
Technology is supposed to make things easier. When it doesn't, it usually comes down to one of these.
-
"We're paying for software nobody actually uses."
Usually means the tool was chosen and implemented without involving the people who were supposed to use it. The best software in the world fails without proper training and a reason to change habits.
-
"Our systems don't talk to each other."
Data gets entered manually into two or three places. Things get missed. Things get entered wrong. Someone is spending hours a week doing what a simple integration could handle in seconds.
-
"We spend hours on tasks that feel like they should be automatic."
Chasing invoices, sending follow-up emails, updating spreadsheets, generating the same report every week. These can all be automated. Most SMEs just haven't had anyone sit down and set it up properly.
-
"I don't know which tools we actually need."
There are hundreds of options for everything and every vendor says theirs is the best. Without someone who has no stake in what you buy, it's very hard to know what's right for a business your size.
-
"We implemented something new and it made things worse."
A new tool without proper change management almost always makes things worse before it makes them better. And if nobody's there to see it through, it often just makes things worse full stop.
-
"My team is drowning in admin and can't focus on actual work."
When skilled people spend their days on repetitive manual tasks, you're paying for capability you're not using. That's a process and automation problem. And it's fixable.
WHAT WE DO
Three things, done right.
We don't push a particular platform. We look at your business, work out what will help, implement it, then stay until your team is using it confidently.
Technology assessment and selection
PART ONE
Vendor-neutral advice
Before recommending anything, we spend time understanding how your business operates - what tools you're already using, what's working, what isn't, and where the real gaps are, which means our advice is genuinely based on what's right for a business your size and budget.
Most businesses don't need more tools. They need the right ones, configured properly, with a clear plan for getting the team on board.

PART TWO
Process automation
Free your team’s time
We identify the repetitive, rules-based tasks in your business that are eating your team's time and automate them. For example: invoice processing, customer follow-ups, data entry, report generation, appointment reminders, approval workflows. Tasks that take hours done manually, handled in seconds.
We build automations your team can understand and maintain. Not complex systems that break the moment something changes - simple, reliable flows that run quietly in the background and free your people up for the work that matters.

PART THREE
System integration
Make your tools talk
If your CRM, accounting software, project management tool, and e-commerce platform are all operating in isolation, with someone manually moving data between them, that's a fixable problem. We connect your systems so data flows where it needs to go without anyone having to touch it.
No more double entry. No more version control nightmares. No more "which number is right?" Just a connected set of tools that give you a consistent picture of the business.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?
We are upfront about who this works for.
Technology and automation work best in specific situations. We'd rather you know before the discovery call than after.
-
GOOD FIT
* Your team is spending significant time on repetitive tasks that feel like they should be automatic
* You have disconnected systems with data being moved manually between them
* You're paying for tools that aren't being used properly, or at all
* You've tried to implement technology before but it didn't stick because change management was missing
* You want vendor-neutral advice on what your business actually needs. Not a sales pitch
* You want your team trained and confident, not just a system handed over
-
PROBABLY NOT THE RIGHT FIT
* You need custom software development. We implement and integrate existing platforms, we don't build bespoke software
* You want an enterprise scale IT infrastructure project. We work at SME scale
* You're not ready to involve your team in the transition. Technology that bypasses the people using it never sticks
* You want someone to manage your technology on an ongoing basis. We build capability, not dependency
HOW IT WORKS
What the engagement looks like.
Every engagement is different, but the shape is consistent. We don't implement anything until we understand what's needed.
Discovery: understanding what you've got and what you need (week 1–2)
We spend time in your business looking at the tools you're using, watching how work flows, and talking to the people doing it every day. We're looking for the real friction points, not just a list of software you've purchased.
Recommendations: what we think you should do and why (week 2–3)
We tell you what we've found, what's worth keeping, what should go, what's missing, and what we'd recommend. We give you the rationale for every recommendation and the expected return before any work starts. Nothing gets implemented without your sign off.
Implementation: building and configuring (week 3–8)
We set up and configure the agreed platforms and automations, integrate systems, and test everything thoroughly before anyone's expected to use it. We do the technical work. Your team doesn't need to figure it out themselves.
Training and handover: making it stick (week 8–12)
This is where most technology projects fall over, and where we stay. We train your team properly, create documentation, and stay available through the adjustment period. The goal is a team that's confident and self-sufficient, not one that calls us every time something needs changing.
