Every engagement is different, but this is the typical shape. Timelines vary depending on business size and complexity.
Discovery: understanding the real situation (week 1–3)
We spend time in your business, talking to your team, watching how work actually flows, and looking at what data you currently have and where it lives. This isn't a surface-level review. We need to see reality, not the version you'd put in a presentation.
Diagnosis: what's broken and what isn't (week 3–4)
We map what we found, identify the highest-impact problems, and prioritise. Not everything needs fixing at once. We focus on what will move things forward first. You get a clear picture of what we've found before any work starts.
Redesign & documentation (week 4–8)
We redesign the processes that need redesigning, write the SOPs, build the reporting framework, and create the dashboards. Everything is written in plain language your team can follow - not consulting jargon that needs a translator.
Implementation with your team (week 8-12)
We spend time in your business, talking to your team, watching how work actually flows, and looking at what data you currently have and where it lives. This isn't a surface-level review. We need to see reality, not the version you'd put in a presentation.
Handover — it's yours to run (ongoing)
Everything we build belongs to you. The processes, the documentation, the dashboards - all of it is designed to run without us. We do a handover session, make sure everything makes sense, and you take it from there. Some clients retain us for periodic check-ins.
