Luke brings over 25 years of operational leadership across FinTech, lending, consulting, and customer service. He’s led large-scale system rollouts, built high-performing teams across onshore and offshore settings, and driven sustainable growth—even in challenging market conditions. Known for his strategic thinking and approachable style, Luke thrives on mentoring others and designing systems that empower teams and strengthen customer relationships.
Luke is a crazy ultra trail runner who finds joy in big mountains, wild landscapes, and the camaraderie of adventurous souls. On the trails, there are often challenging moments that require us to look out for each other—an experience that mirrors how we navigate life. Luke approaches every relationship in business and life, in the same way, valuing honesty, support and genuine connection.
Simone Wheeler
Simone is a Product and Systems Manager with over 10 years’ experience leading multi-platform technology implementations, process improvements, and scalable training programs. Her background spans finance, tech, and healthcare, and she’s known for her calm leadership, attention to detail, and ability to deliver systems that work—and teams that thrive.
With a background in nursing, Simone brings a unique ability to stay calm in a crisis, cut through the noise, and focus on what truly matters. Her clinical experience has honed her skill in assessing complex situations quickly and acting with clarity and purpose—qualities that translate seamlessly into her project and systems work.
