Not in the theoretical sense. We've both run businesses, managed overwhelmed teams, watched good people burn out in bad systems, and felt the specific frustration of knowing something needs fixing but not having the time or headspace to fix it.
We're not a consultancy that hands you a report and disappears. We're the people who stay and get it done with you.
THE STORY
Why we built this and what makes us different.
Between us, we've seen what happens when processes aren't documented and everything runs through one person. We've watched offshore hiring arrangements fall apart because nobody set them up properly. We've implemented technology that the team never used because change management was an afterthought.
We've also seen what happens when you get these things right. When a business owner takes their first proper holiday in three years because the team can handle it. When a new offshore hire genuinely thrives because the integration was done with care. When a system quietly saves hours every week because someone took the time to set it up properly.
That's what we're trying to build for our clients.

Luke Wheeler

Luke has spent 25+ years working across operations, FinTech, lending, consulting and customer service. He's built onshore and offshore teams from the ground up, fixed ones that were quietly falling apart, and led large scale system rollouts in environments where getting it wrong had real consequences.
What drives him is straightforward: a belief that most operational problems are solvable if someone takes the time to look at them properly. Luke thrives on mentoring others and designing systems that empower teams and strengthen customer relationships.
He appreciates clients who are honest about what's not working and ready to do something about it.
Runs ultratrail events on weekends. Happiest in the mountains or on the beach.
Simone Wheeler
CO-FOUNDER
Simone is a Product and Systems Manager with over 10 years’ experience leading multi-platform technology implementations, process improvements, and scalable training programs. Her background spans finance, tech, and healthcare, and she’s known for her calm leadership, attention to detail,
Simone has done things most consultants haven't - run a ward, managed a retail floor, built a collections team from scratch, and rolled out software systems. That background matters more than it sounds. Nurses don't have the luxury of vague diagnoses or slow decisions, and she applies the same discipline to business: find the root problem, not the presenting one, and deal with it properly.
She's comfortable in messy, high pressure environments and very good at working out what's really going on beneath the surface.
