What size business do you work with?
Typically small to medium businesses with 2 to 50 staff. Small enough that the owner is still close to the operations, big enough that doing everything yourself has started to create real problems. We work across most industries. If you're not sure whether we're a fit, just ask.
Do you work with businesses outside of Perth?
Yes. We're based in Perth but work with businesses across Australia. A considerable amount of our work can be done remotely. For anything that genuinely requires us on-site, we travel to you.
What does a Discovery call involve?
About 30 minutes. No sales pitch. We'll ask you about what's going on in the business and where you're feeling most stuck. You'll walk away with a clearer picture of your options - whether that involves us or not.
How much does working with Simkul Solutions cost?
It depends on what you need. Our overseas staffing package is a $3,500 flat fee. Our Business Starter Setup is $1,800. Consulting engagements are scoped and quoted individually after the discovery call. We don't quote before we understand your needs.
